01 / THE CHALLENGE

Start with the right question.

Teams often move between separate task lists, project views, and activity feeds just to understand what needs attention. Orbit explores how a single, quieter workspace could make those priorities clearer.

02 / THE APPROACH

Make the important things feel simple.

The concept starts with three questions: what is active, what changed, and what should happen next? A compact overview gives each answer a distinct place, while consistent rows and restrained color keep the interface easy to scan.

03 / THE DETAILS

Small decisions. A better whole.

01

A useful first glance

A small set of summary cards highlights project activity without making every number compete for attention.

02

A rhythm you can recognize

Shared spacing, status labels, and project rows make new information easier to understand.

03

Room to grow

The proposed architecture separates navigation, project summaries, and workflow components so future screens can share the same foundation.

04 / THE REFLECTION

Always a little room to grow.

This concept is a study in prioritization: more information is not always more useful. The most valuable interface decision was giving the main task room to breathe.

What comes next

A next stage would validate the workflows with real teams, connect persistent project data, and test permissions and collaboration states.

This is an illustrative concept study, not a completed client engagement. It does not represent measured business results or a live product.
